Text

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), if a storage operator or an applicant files a verified statement to the department stating the reasons that trade secret or confidential and proprietary information should be disclosed, the storage operator or applicant may disclose the trade secret or confidential and proprietary information to the department, or in subsequent reports.
(b)The department shall take all necessary precautions to avoid public disclosure of confidential information under subsection (a).
