Text

A permit requires the immediate commencement of geological, geophysical, or core drilling operations. All operations shall be prosecuted with reasonable diligence in accordance with good oil field practice and must be continuous except when causes beyond the control of the permittee intervene and make continuous operations not feasible. Geological, geophysical, or core drilling operations may not include the actual operation of drilling for gas, oil, or other mineral deposits. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-4-3-5.]
