§ 14-38-1-5 — "Public land" defined

As used in this chapter, "public land" means land and area belonging to or subsequently acquired by the state or any of the state's institutions. The term includes land of every kind and nature. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-4-3-1(4).]
