Indiana Statutes
§ 14-38-1-2 — "Person" defined
As used in this chapter, "person" means the following:
(1)A citizen of the United States.
(2)An individual who has, in good faith, declared the intention of
becoming a citizen of the United States.
(3)An association of individuals described in subdivision (1) or
(2).
(4)A corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of
the laws of any state or territory of the United States and
authorized to do business in Indiana.
