Text
An order for integration issued under this
chapter must be based upon reasonable terms that give the owner of
each tract an equitable share of oil and natural gas in the unit or pool.
The part of the production allocated to the owner of each tract shall be
considered as if produced from a well drilled on that tract. The
commission may not limit well production under this chapter.
