Indiana Statutes
§ 14-37-8-12 — Orders to remedy conditions causing environmental harm
The commission may order any responsible person to:
(1)plug and abandon;
(2)replug; or
(3)repair;
a well to remedy a condition found to cause environmental harm or
waste.
