§ 14-37-4-11 — Expiration of permit

Indiana·Art. 37 OIL AND GAS·Ch. 4 Permits
A permit for a well for oil and gas purposes expires one (1) year from the date of issuance unless the drilling of the well has commenced. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-5-11.]
