§ 14-37-3-9 — Regulation of underground petroleum storage wells

Indiana·Art. 37 OIL AND GAS·Ch. 3 Commission Duties

The commission shall regulate the drilling, deepening, operating, plugging, and abandoning of the following:

(1)Wells for underground storage of petroleum products.
(2)Other wells for oil and gas purposes that may affect underground storage reservoirs. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-4-10.]
