Text

The commission shall regulate the drilling, casing, operating, plugging, and abandoning of wells and any related fluid storage to prevent the following:

(1)Waste.
(2)Fresh water pollution.
(3)Blowouts.
(4)Cavings.
(5)Seepages.
(6)Fires.
(7)Unreasonably detrimental effects upon fish, wildlife, and botanical resources. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-4-6.]
