A notice of violation issued under this chapter becomes effective without a proceeding under IC 4-21.5-3 unless a person requests an administrative adjudication under IC 4-21.5-3-6 within thirty (30) days of issuance. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-8-14-3.]
