Text
A notice of violation under this chapter is subject to IC 4-21.5-3-6. The notice must include the following:
(1)The nature of the violation.
(2)What action is appropriate to abate the violation.
(3)The date by which the violation must be abated.
(4)The procedure to obtain an administrative adjudication under
IC 4-21.5 if the owner or operator is aggrieved by issuance of the
notice of violation.
