§ 14-36-2-11 — Transfer of jurisdiction of land to state agency

Indiana·Art. 36 RECLAMATION·Ch. 2 Acquisition of Land for Reclamation
After restoration of the acquired land, the department may, with the approval of the governor, transfer jurisdiction of the land or a part of the land to a state agency that can best utilize the land for public purposes. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-4-2.1-7.]
