Text
(a)A person who violates or fails to comply
with section 14, 15, 26, or 27 of this chapter (including a person who
fails to comply with a rule of the commission or order of the director
adopted or issued in connection with these sections) commits a Class
A infraction.
(b)Each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate
violation.
(c)Notwithstanding IC 34-28-5-4, a judgment for a Class A
infraction imposed under this section may not exceed five thousand
dollars ($5,000).
