Text

The commission:

(1)may refuse to issue a permit to an operator whose permit the commission has repeatedly suspended for noncompliance or violation of:
(A)this chapter; or
(B)IC 13-4-6 (before its repeal); and
(2)shall refuse to issue a permit to an operator whose permit has been revoked more than three (3) times. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4-6-10(b) part.]
