§ 14-36-1-35 — Commission refusing to issue permit
The commission:
(1)may refuse to issue a permit to an operator whose permit the
commission has repeatedly suspended for noncompliance or
violation of:
(A)this chapter; or
(B)IC 13-4-6 (before its repeal); and
(2)shall refuse to issue a permit to an operator whose permit has
been revoked more than three (3) times.
