Text

(a)If the director finds that any of the requirements of:
(1)this chapter;
(2)the rules adopted under this chapter; or
(3)an order of the director or the commission; have not been complied with within the time limits set by the director, the commission, or this chapter, the director shall cause a notice of noncompliance to be served upon the operator.
(b)A notice of noncompliance:
(1)shall be served by registered or certified mail addressed to the permanent address shown on the application for a permit; and
(2)must specify in what respects the operator has failed to comply with:
(A)this chapter; or
(B)the rules or orders of the director or the commission.
