Text
Each operator shall pay the following fees, which shall be deposited in the division of reclamation fund:
(1)One hundred dollars ($100) for the first application filed each
year.
(2)One hundred dollars ($100) for each additional application
filed in the same year.
(3)Fifty dollars ($50) for each acre or fraction of an acre
described in the application.
