Text
The treasurer of state shall deposit the fees and
other money received under section 1 of this chapter for the use of the
board, bureau, commission, division, department, or governmental
entity having the custody, control, possession, or authority of or over
the real property for which the permit is issued without reversion to the
state general fund. If the land is under the custody, control, possession,
or authority of the department, the money shall be deposited in the
special revenue fund of the appropriate division of the department.
