§ 14-34-8-7 — Release of bond or other surety
The bond or other surety furnished by the
operator under section 5 of this chapter shall be released by the director
when the operator completes the backfilling, regrading, and drainage
control of a bonded area in accordance with the operator's approved
reclamation plan.
