Text
The director shall, within a time prescribed by
rule, review outstanding permits. The director may require reasonable
revision or modification of the permit provisions during the term of the
permit if the revision or modification is based upon a written finding
and is subject to the notice and hearing requirements established by IC 14-34-4.
