Text
(a)Within ten (10) days after a permit is
issued, the director shall notify the following persons that a permit has
been issued:
(1)The local government officials in the county in which the area
of land to be affected is located.
(2)Each person identified in the permit application under IC 14-34-3-3(2).
(3)Each person who has requested a hearing under section 6 of
this chapter.
(4)Each person who has requested such notice.
(b)The notification must include a description of the land's location.
