§ 14-34-19-14 — Plants for controlling and treating water pollution from mine drainage

The director may construct and operate plants for the control and treatment of water pollution resulting from mine drainage. The extent of the control and treatment is dependent upon the ultimate use of the water. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-15-14.]
