Text
If a corporate permittee:
(1)violates a condition of a permit issued under this article; or
(2)fails or refuses to comply with an order issued by the director;
a director, an officer, or an agent of the corporation who willfully and
knowingly authorized, ordered, or carried out the violation, failure, or
refusal is subject to the same penalties under sections 1 through 6 of
this chapter that are imposed on an individual permittee.
