Text

(a)Following completion of the inspections required under section 3 of this chapter, the inspector shall file an inspection report. The inspection report must include information sufficient to allow the director to enforce the requirements and carry out the purposes of this article.
(b)A copy of any record, report, inspection material, or other information obtained under this chapter, other than material designated as confidential under this article, must be available to the public at the following:
(1)The department.
(2)A public library in the county in which the mining operation is located. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-11-3.]
