§ 14-34-15-14 — Inspections
(a)The commission shall by rule establish
procedures to ensure that adequate and complete inspections are made.
(b)A person may notify the director of a failure to make an
inspection, after which the director shall determine whether an
adequate and complete inspection has been made.
(c)The director shall furnish the person a written statement of the
reasons for the director's determination that an adequate and complete
inspection has or has not been conducted.
