§ 14-33-9-9 — District not considered municipal corporation

A district is not considered a municipal corporation with respect to limitations on the amount of the district's indebtedness irrespective of how that indebtedness is secured in a pledge of the district. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-74(c).]
