§ 14-33-8-17 — Approval of report; payment of appraisal; possession of appropriated property

Indiana·Art. 33 CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS·Ch. 8 Board of Appraisers

When the report of the board of appraisers regarding damages is approved by the court, the board of directors may do the following:

(1)Pay to the clerk of the court the amount of the appraisal.
(2)Take possession of and hold the interest in the real property appropriated. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-62(g).]
