§ 14-33-8-11 — Sewer main installation as exceptional benefit
The board of appraisers may report, subject
to the finding and approval of the court, that an increase in fair market
value of real property caused by the installation of a sewer main
through or adjacent to the property is an exceptional benefit to the
property regardless of the use of the sewer main by the owners or
occupiers of the property.
