§ 14-33-7-17 — Repayment of money advanced to district
A district shall promptly repay any money that is advanced to the district from:
(1)the general fund of a county; or
(2)the economic development fund created by IC 5-28-8;
from money received through the collection of an authorized tax or
assessment.
