Text

(a)To implement a district plan, the board shall order the preparation of the detailed construction drawings, specifications, and refined cost estimates as soon as practicable after the approval of the district plan by the court if the work has not been submitted as a part of the district plan. The implementation may involve all or part of the works of improvement if the part constitutes a unit that:
(1)can be constructed and operated as a feasible unit alone; and
(2)can be operated economically in conjunction with other proposed works set forth in the district plan.
(b)When the drawings, specifications, and cost estimates have been prepared to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall by resolution tentatively adopt and submit the drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to t
