§ 14-33-5-9 — District composed of land from more than one county

Indiana·Art. 33 CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS·Ch. 5 Board of Directors

For the purposes of this chapter, if the district is composed of land from more than one (1) county, the board of commissioners of each county may participate in the following:

(1)The appointment of the initial board.
(2)The filling of vacancies on the board. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-34(k).]
