Text
If a district fails to conduct an election of
directors as provided by this chapter, any interested person of the
district may petition the board of commissioners of the county to
appoint a director to fill vacancies. The board of commissioners of the
county shall make an appointment within fifteen (15) days from the
date the petition is filed.
