Text

(a)At the first meeting of the first board, the board shall adopt by majority vote a resolution designating the location in or near the district where the district will maintain an office. The board may adopt a resolution by majority vote at any meeting of the board to change the location of the district's office. The board shall report the location of the office and a change in location to the court establishing the district.
(b)The board shall do the following:
(1)Arrange for office space.
(2)Keep a record of all transactions and minutes of all meetings in the office.
(3)Keep all records and minutes available for inspection by any interested person of the district during the hours that the district office is open for business. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-43.]
