Text

(a)This section applies to a district described in IC 14-33-9-4.
(b)If one (1) purpose of the district is flood control, the commission and the court in establishing the boundaries of the district under this article shall consider all watersheds affected by the flooding water. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-5.5.]
