§ 14-33-24-11 — Sole authority of utility owner

Indiana·Art. 33 CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS·Ch. 24 Reservoir Conservancy Districts

The utility owner of the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district has sole authority and control over all activities to control:

(1)the water level of;
(2)the water quality of; and
(3)the availability of water from; the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district.
