§ 14-33-21-9 — Approval of proposal

Indiana·Art. 33 CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS·Ch. 21 Cumulative Improvement Fund

The approval of the department of local government finance:

(1)does not have to be filed with the district plan or part of or amendment to the plan at the time of the submission to the commission; and
(2)only has to be filed with the court having jurisdiction of the district. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-5-5(e), (f).]
