Text

An order of the court:

(1)establishing a district; or
(2)adding the purpose of furnishing water supply for domestic, industrial, and public use; grants to the district territorial authority to provide the service of water supply within the district. Territorial authority includes the power to acquire, maintain, and operate a source of water outside the district. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-4-4(a).]
