Indiana Statutes
§ 14-33-20-3 — "Water facilities" and "water supply" defined
As used in this chapter, "water facilities" and "water supply" include the following:
(1)Source of supply.
(2)Treatment facilities.
(3)Purifying and storage facilities.
(4)Distribution systems.
(5)Appurtenant equipment.
(6)Materials and supplies.
(7)Land, easements, and rights-of-way.
(8)Buildings.
(9)All other facilities for the administration, operation, and
maintenance of the items described in subdivisions (1) through
(8).
