Text
Bonds, notes, or other evidences of
indebtedness may be issued for refunding outstanding bonds, notes, or
other evidences of indebtedness of the district in the discretion of the
board. However, refunding may not contradict the terms of a resolution
that the board has passed authorizing the issuance of bonds, notes, or
other evidence of indebtedness sought to be refunded.
