§ 14-33-20-19 — Validity of authorization and issuance of bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness
The validity of the authorization and issuance of the bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness is not dependent on or affected in any way by the following:
(1)Proceedings taken for the improvement for which the bonds,
notes, or other evidences of indebtedness are to be issued.
(2)Contracts made in connection with the improvement.
