§ 14-33-20-16 — Resolution authorizing bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness
All bonds, notes, or other evidences of
indebtedness payable from revenues may be authorized only by
resolution of the board. The resolution, as well as the bonds, notes, or
other evidences of indebtedness issued under the resolution, is a
contract with all holders of the bonds, notes, or other evidences of
indebtedness.
