§ 14-33-20-1 — Applicability of chapter
(a)This chapter applies only to furnishing
water supply for domestic, industrial, and public use.
(b)This chapter does not apply to the accomplishment of any other
purpose:
(1)for which a district has been established; or
(2)that is added to the purposes of the district after establishment.
