Text

The circuit court, superior court, or probate court with jurisdiction in the county having the most land in the proposed district has exclusive jurisdiction over the establishment of the district. If the district is established, this court also has exclusive jurisdiction over all further hearings in connection with the district. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-14.]
