Text
If:
(1)a petition is conditioned upon a promise of federal money; and
(2)the responsible federal agency informs the court that federal
money is not available for the district as proposed by the petition
or amendments to the petition;
the petitioners may move that the petition be dismissed. The court shall
grant the motion.
