Text

If:

(1)a district is established by order of the court and an appeal is not taken within thirty (30) days; or
(2)an order establishing a district is affirmed by the supreme court; the establishment of the district is final and may not be directly or collaterally questioned in any action or proceeding. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-32.]
