Text
(a)Upon receipt of the commission's report,
the court shall set a date for a hearing. The court shall give priority to
this hearing in determining the date, but the court must allow at least
twenty-one (21) days for interested persons, including petitioners, to
file exceptions.
(b)The court shall order notice for this hearing as the court
considers necessary, but at least one (1) publication must be made in
one (1) newspaper of general circulation in each county having land in
the proposed district.
