Text

Upon receipt of a petition for the establishment of a district, the court shall docket the petition as a civil case and set a date for hearing. The court shall give priority to the hearing in determining the date, but the court must allow at least thirty

(30)days for interested persons to receive notice. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-16.]
