Text

At the hearing the court shall do the following:

(1)Determine the areas into which the district will be divided.
(2)Determine the date of the annual meeting of the district.
(3)Extend the terms of the levee committee members or board of directors to the annual meeting date set by the court. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-102(a) part.]
