§ 14-33-17-20 — Jurisdiction

Indiana·Art. 33 CONSERVANCY DISTRICTS·Ch. 17 Merger of Districts
The circuit court, superior court, or probate court of the county in the merged district having the most land has exclusive jurisdiction over the merger and over all further hearings in connection with the district. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-96.5(j).]
