Indiana Statutes
§ 14-33-17-2 — Filing petition
Freeholders residing in the two (2) districts
who desire the merger of the districts must initiate proceedings by
filing a petition in the office of the clerk of the circuit court for the
county containing the most land in the proposed merged district.
