Text
Not later than ten (10) days after the county
auditor receives a resolution from the board of directors of the larger
district under section 4 of this chapter, the county auditor shall, by
personal delivery or by certified mail, notify the board of directors of
the smaller district that the board of directors of the smaller district
must hold the election referred to in section 4(e)(2) of this chapter.
